The Deer Creek Broadcast Program began nearly 16 years ago as an after-school club created by students seeking careers in film and news broadcast. What started as a small student effort grew into Antler Vision and later became a Francis Tuttle-supported program with its own classroom and studio at Deer Creek High School.

For years, students broadcast sports, operated the school's video board, and produced social media videos for the district. The program gave students an early start in broadcasting and media production, and many former members later pursued successful careers in the field. When COVID-19 disrupted school activities, the broadcasting division ended and the program shifted toward individual student projects. The partnership with Francis Tuttle has since concluded.

The program is now operated by Deer Creek High School under Mr. Wicks. Students have recently been given the opportunity to work with the video board again, running live camera feeds during football games and other school events. They may also support junior varsity games as the program develops. While games are not currently recorded or broadcast, students are once again gaining practical experience with cameras, live production, Daktronics equipment, and the systems used at real sporting events.
